本文研究了不同电极材料(Au、Ag、Cu、Al和SnO_2、In_2O_3)对酞菁铜(PcCu)蒸发膜V-I特性的影响.用同样的金属(Au、Ag、Cu)作顶底电极时,改变电极极性所得暗电流是对称的,V-I特性属典型的SCLC型.而Al/PcCu/Al体系呈现阻挡接触,估计这是蒸得的Al电极上存在氧化层之故.当Al作顶电极,玻璃基片上的SnO_2或In_2O_3层作底电极时,Al极加负电压观察到SCLC,而当SnO_2极加负电压时观察到电极限制电流,In_2O_3极加负电压时观察到负阻效应.
In this paper, the effects of different electrode materials (Au, Ag, Cu, Al, SnO_2, In_2O_3) on VI characteristics of copper phthalocyanine (PcCu) evaporation films were investigated.When the same metal (Au, Ag, Cu) The dark current resulting from changing the polarity of the electrode is symmetrical and the VI characteristic is of the typical SCLC type, while the Al / PcCu / Al system shows a blocking contact, which is estimated to be an oxide layer on the Al electrode steamed. When the SnO_2 or In_2O_3 layer on the glass substrate is used as the bottom electrode, the SCLC is negatively charged with a negative voltage.
