目的:探讨stathmin基因在人喉鳞状细胞细胞癌(LSCC)的表达及其与LSCC发生、发展之间的关系。方法:原位杂交方法检测stathmin mRNA在35例人LSCC组织及18例癌旁正常喉黏膜组织(NLT)中的表达情况。结果:在35例LSCC组织中有24例stathmin mRNA呈阳性表达(阳性率69%),阳性颗粒可见于细胞质及细胞核,18例NLT中6例呈弱阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:stathmin基因在LSCC组织中高表达,stathmin基因高表达与LSCC组织的发生、发展有重要的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the expression of stathmin in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its relationship with the occurrence and development of LSCC. Methods: The expression of stathmin mRNA in 35 cases of human LSCC and 18 cases of normal paraestablittic tissue (NLT) was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: The stathmin mRNA expression was positive in 24 of 35 LSCC tissues (positive rate was 69%). The positive particles were found in cytoplasm and nucleus. The expression of stathmin was weakly positive in 6 of 18 cases of NLT, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The stathmin gene is highly expressed in LSCC tissues. The high expression of stathmin gene has an important correlation with the occurrence and development of LSCC tissues.
