初识临床路径初次接触临床路径是在两年前刚来到北京肿瘤医院(以下简称“肿瘤医院”)胃肠肿瘤外科进行临床医学博士培训的时候。那个时候,由于没有系统地学习临床路径的概念和意义,对于我来说,临床路径只是对着一张路径表格勾勾画画,然后签上名字。在当时的我看来,完成一份临床路径表单,对于具体而复杂的临床工作并没有实际的指导意义,反而增加了无谓的工作负担。所以一定程度上可以说是“上有政策,下有对策”地应付着完成临床路径工作。直到肿瘤医院准备推行电子化的临床路径管理工作,而我恰好对医疗信息化的相关工作较为感兴趣,有幸被医院指派为试点科室的临床联络人,这才认真学习起了临床路径的相关知识。
