农业的发展需要信息的引导,也需要宏观调控的干预。在这两方面农业情报都能发挥重要作用。为了发展农业情报事业,培养和发现优秀农业情报人才,经中国农学会科技情报分会和中国科技情报学会农业分会常务理事会研究,决定在1994年进行一次中青年优秀农业情报论文评奖活动。现将有关事宜通知如下: 一、内容范围:凡是农业科技情报系统完成的农业情报研究论文和农业情报理论方法论文;关于农业科技情报改革的论文;农业科技情报和文献工作各个领域的现状和发展研究方面的论文等均可参加评奖。
The development of agriculture requires the guidance of information, but also requires macro-control intervention. Agricultural intelligence plays an important role in both these areas. In order to develop the cause of agricultural intelligence, training and discovery of outstanding agricultural intelligence personnel, the Chinese Agricultural Society of science and technology branch of intelligence and China Institute of Scientific and Technical branch of agriculture executive director of the Council, decided in 1994 to carry out a prize of outstanding young agricultural intelligence papers. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: I. Scope of the Report: Agricultural Information Research Papers and Agricultural Information Theory Method Papers completed by all agricultural science and technology intelligence systems; dissertations on agricultural science and technology information reform; current status and development of agricultural science and technology intelligence and literature work in all fields Research papers, etc. can participate in the award.
