目的:为了探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时血清T3、rT3变化及临床意义。方法:是应用放射免疫法测定了新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病40例和健康新生儿26例血清T3和rT3值。结果:表明新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清T3、rT3值与正常对照组比较有显著变化,血清T3、T3/rT3值与疾病的严重程度呈负相关,rT3值与疾病的严重程度呈正相关,特别是T3<0.5ng/ml、T3/rT3值<0.25者,rT3>4ng/ml者提示疾病危重,预后不良。结论:是血清T3、rT3的水平及T3/rT3的比值,可作为临床疾病严重程度和预后估计的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum T3 and rT3 in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and its clinical significance. Methods: Serum T3 and rT3 were measured by radioimmunoassay in 40 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 26 healthy neonates. Results: The serum T3, rT3 values of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy showed significant changes compared with the normal control group, serum T3, T3 / rT3 values and the severity of the disease was negatively correlated, rT3 value and the severity of the disease Positive correlation, especially T3 <0.5ng / ml, T3 / rT3 value of <0.25, rT3> 4ng / ml prompt disease critically ill, the prognosis is poor. Conclusions: Serum T3, rT3 levels and T3 / rT3 ratio can be used as one of the indicators of the severity of clinical disease and prognosis.
