建筑工程施工完毕后,往往需要对消防设施进行检查和验收,确保消防设计科学、严谨,消防设施质量可靠。然而在消防验收工作中仍然存在一些问题,导致验收效果十分不理想,验收人员无法及时发现消防设计和施工中的潜在隐患,无形中增大了建筑的安全风险。本文将论述建筑工程消防验收工作中的常见问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期降低火灾事故的发生概率,保证建筑工程的安全性和稳定性。
After the completion of construction, it is often necessary to conduct inspection and acceptance of fire-fighting facilities to ensure scientific and rigorous fire-fighting design and reliable fire-fighting facilities.
