Objective: To investigate the relationship between primary open-angle glaucoma and microcirculation. Methods: Domestic WX-9A microcirculation analyzer and automatic image analysis system were used to observe the changes of nail fold microcirculation in 46 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Results: There were significant differences in the morphological features, perineal state, blood flow state and other indicators between the control group and the nailfold microcirculation patients (P <0.05), showing different degrees of microcirculation. Conclusions: The occurrence of primary open-angle glaucoma is related to microcirculation disorder.
