The two skins of science and technology and economy are a commonplace issue and an old one talked about as a permanent problem. People are always looking for technology owners and capital holders to fall in love at first sight, and then meet for a hundred years. Realistic often unsatisfactory. Technology and capital often partnered after molesting each other, time and time again concocted the story of chaos. China's low rate of conversion of scientific and technological achievements is ashamed. The Patent Office, like an old warehouse, has pushed the fate of a large number of technologies to the “dusty.” This is enough to explain why China's technological competitiveness is so advanced but still belongs to the less developed countries. “There is no need” equals “no”. Fortunately, we have never stopped exploring ways to improve the status quo, although we are stumbling along the way
