财务风险贯穿于工程项目施工的全过程,如果不加强控制管理,整个工程项目将蒙受巨大的财务损失。本文结合工程项目财务风险控制的现状,指出存在的主要问题,按照工程项目投标、实施、竣工三个阶段分析了存在的财务风险类型,并详细研究了财务风险防范和规避、分散、回避和转移四个控制对策。
