目的为验证体表胃磁场衰减与胃内示踪剂排空的一致性,而做家兔动物实验。方法用15只家兔以磁示踪剂混于胡萝卜,同时饲喂动物,分别在0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 h作体表磁场测定后,分别处死三只动物,并洗出胃内示踪剂干燥称重,作体外测定磁场;分别比较动物体表测定磁场衰减曲线与胃内磁粉体表测定衰减曲线之半排空时间(T_(1/2))。结果前者T_(1/2)为113min,后者为116.4min(P>0.05),无统计学显著差异。结论磁示踪法测定胃排空的体表数据与胃内示踪剂实际排空一致,证明该方法为一种准确反映胃排空的方法。
Aim To verify the consistency of the surface gastric magnetic field attenuation with the tracer emptying in the stomach, and to do animal experiments in rabbits. Methods Fifteen rabbits were mixed with carrot with magnetic tracers and fed with animals. Three animals were sacrificed at 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 h respectively, and three animals were killed and the stomach was washed The magnetic field was measured in vitro. The decay curve of half-emptying time (T_ (1/2)) of the decay curve was determined by comparing the decay curve of the magnetic field of the animal’s body with that of the magnetic particle in the stomach respectively. Results The former T_ (1/2) was 113min, the latter was 116.4min (P> 0.05), no statistically significant difference. Conclusions The body surface data of gastric emptying measured by magnetic tracing method is consistent with the actual emptying of tracer in the stomach, which proves that this method is a accurate method to reflect gastric emptying.
