目的评价脑转移癌放射治疗的价值。方法80例脑转移癌患者采用6M V蛳X线照射,先予以全脑照射,1.8￣2.0G y/次,每周5次,40G y后复查C T或M R I,如单发或邻近多发病灶缩野针对转移灶加量10￣16G y,全脑散在多发病灶则全脑加量6￣8G y。结果C R10例,PR52例,N C16例,中位生存期10个月,超过12个月28例,超过24个月8例。结论脑转移癌通过放射治疗,可以减轻症状,提高生活质量,延长生命,而且患者容易接受,是一种首选的、安全的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of radiation therapy for brain metastases. Methods Eighty patients with brain metastases were irradiated with 6M V 蛳 X rays. Whole brain irradiation was performed first, 1.8 ~ 2.0Gy / time, 5 times a week. CT or MRI were performed after 40Gy, such as solitary or nearby multiple lesions Wild for metastasis plus dose 10 ~ 16G y, whole brain scattered multiple lesions in the whole brain dosage 6 ~ 8G y. Conclusions Brain metastatic carcinoma is a preferred and safe treatment by radiotherapy, which can relieve the symptoms, improve the quality of life and prolong life, and the patients are easy to accept.
