可见,禁烟戒烟难,不是戒不掉烟瘾,而是发自脑子里的那股青烟。去过两次非洲,每次回来总有人问,那里的人有文化吗,文明程度如何,落后还是现代?我的回答是:文化与文明不是一码事,落后与现代没有界限的划分。举一个简单的例子,非洲大多数国家是不允许在公共场合吸烟的,与西方的很多发达国家相似。所以,在这些国家的公共场合是看不到有人吸烟的。与之形成鲜明对比的是自认为文明的那些同胞,到了人家那里毫无顾忌,随时随地,烟瘾上来了掏出烟就点上,吞云吐雾,欲醉欲仙。本人没有吸烟的嗜好,每见此景总是忍不住满腔怒火,又不好
Can be seen, no smoking quit smoking, not quit smoking, but the smoke from the brain. I’ve been to Africa twice. Every time I come back, I am always asking if people have culture, civilization, backwardness or modernity. My answer is: Culture and civilization are not the same thing. There is no boundary between backwardness and modernity. To give a simple example, most countries in Africa are not allowed to smoke in public places, much like many developed countries in the West. Therefore, there is no smoking in public places in these countries. In stark contrast to those who consider themselves civilized compatriots to the people there without any guilt, anytime, anywhere, addiction up smoking out on the point, puffy, intoxicated.
