2000年7月17日本是个寻常的日子,可在革命老区江苏省姜堰市城区的大街小巷却异乎寻常地响起了阵阵鞭炮声。这是为啥?原来,被群众称为“六月蚊” 的贪官——原江堰市委书记、后升任泰州市人大常委会副主任的陆余文,被省纪委立案审查了。消息传来姜堰市的老百姓无不拍手称快。这“劈哩叭啦”的鞭炮声,充分表达了他们对腐败分子的痛恨和对正义战胜邪恶的庆贺。
