(二○一一年五月十日第三届会员代表大会通过)第一章总则第一条协会名称:中国林业工程建设协会。英文译名:China Forestry EngineeringAssociation。缩写:CFEA。第二条协会是由国内从事林业工程建设的调查、监测、规划、勘察、咨询、设计、施工、监理、科研、教学等企事业单位和人员自愿组成的全国性、行业性、非营利性社会团体。第三条协会的宗旨:以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,坚持党的基本路线、方针、政策;坚持提供服务、反映诉求、规范行为,为林业发展服务的工作方针;
