B5050液压插床与B690液压牛头刨一样,也是较大功率的金属切削机床。且有机动性好,调整方便,可以无级调速等优点。但是因设计上的原因造成冲击大、停车后滑枕下滑、发热较B690牛头刨床更厉害等缺陷,大大降低了利用率。我们在改进B690液压牛头刨床(见《机床与液压》1977年第3期)的基础上试对B5050液压插床进行了部分改进,收到了一些效果。一、发热原因及改进1.B5050插床液压系统采用定量泵进油节流方案(见图1),这种调速方案在中、小负载时,大量油液以系统最高压力(55公斤力/厘米~2)打开溢流阀回油池,白白消耗功率,造成发热。为了合理利用功率,我们将原调速方案改为和B690液压牛头刨床一样
