目的:研究新生儿黄疸患者早期采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取医院96例新生儿黄疸患者并将其按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例患者。对照组患者在基础支持治疗的基础上仅给予布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,观察组患者在基础支持治疗基础上采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,且两组患者均给予蓝光照射治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后胆红素水平变化及黄疸消退时间、光疗时间、不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率(68.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清总胆红素(94.25±18.23)μmol/L明显低于对照组治疗后血清总胆红素(125.63±22.58)μmol/L,且观察组日均下降值(39.16±4.21)μmol/L明显高于对照组日均下降值(25.47±6.96)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间(4.45±1.82)d与光疗时间(36.89±17.11)h明显少于对照组黄疸消退时间(6.99±2.84)d与光疗时间(52.47±12.69)h;观察组治疗后不良反应的总发生率(22.92%)明显低于对照组治疗后不良反应的总发生率(70.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸患者采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合茵栀黄口服液的效果显著,可以加快胆红素水平恢复正常,明显减少了治疗所需时间,减轻了经济负担,且不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of early oral administration of Bradycardia combined with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in patients with neonatal jaundice. Methods: Ninety-six neonates with jaundice were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method, with 48 patients in each group.
