运用喷粉精炼工艺代替传统的静态扩散脱氧精炼工艺对 Z G35 Cr Mo( M)钢阀体进行精炼熔铸,结果减少了夹杂物和有害气体的含量,使铸件具有较好的综合力学性能。
Powder metallurgy is used to replace the traditional static diffusion deoxidation process to refine and cast ZG35 Cr Mo (M) steel valve body. As a result, the content of inclusions and harmful gases is reduced, and the castings have better comprehensive mechanical properties.
