克山病是一种地方性心肌病。大量的研究表明克山病病区人们处于低硒的环境,硒的一些生理作用和生化代谢过程对探讨克山病病因和发病机制有重要意义。但事实上,低硒地区不一定都流行克山病,缺硒者也未必都患克山病。为此我们采用质子激发 X 荧光分析法测量了四川省不同硒水平和克山病不同流行状况的四个地区近200名健康儿童的红血球中的微量元素含量。并探讨了它与克山病的关系。
Keshan disease is a endemic cardiomyopathy. A large number of studies have shown that Keshan disease patients in low selenium environment, some of the physiological role of selenium and biochemical metabolism of Keshan disease etiology and pathogenesis is of great significance. However, in fact, low-selenium areas are not necessarily popular Keshan disease, lack of selenium are not necessarily suffering from Keshan disease. To this end, we measured the content of trace elements in erythrocytes of nearly 200 healthy children in four areas with different selenium levels and different Keshan disease in Sichuan Province by proton-induced X-ray fluorescence analysis. And explored its relationship with Keshan disease.
