用旋转弯曲腐蚀疲劳试验研究碳钢在钻井液中的腐蚀疲劳行为,并用电化学滞后时间法研究钻井中碳钢的氢扩散行为。结果表明:钻井液中碳化物能促进原子氢进入碳钢基体,加速碳钢的腐蚀疲劳;咪唑啉类缓蚀剂可以抑制原子氢的生成,减小氢扩散作用,提高碳钢在钻井液中的腐蚀疲劳寿命;施加一定范围的阴极保护(-300~-700mV)可以延长钻井液中碳钢的腐蚀疲劳寿命。
Corrosion fatigue behavior of carbon steel in drilling fluid was investigated by rotational bending corrosion fatigue test. Hydrogen diffusion behavior of carbon steel in drilling was studied by electrochemical lag time method. The results show that the carbide in drilling fluid can promote atomic hydrogen to enter the carbon steel matrix and accelerate the corrosion fatigue of carbon steel. The imidazoline corrosion inhibitor can restrain the generation of atomic hydrogen, reduce the hydrogen diffusion and improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in drilling fluid Corrosion fatigue life; applying a range of cathodic protection (-300 ~ -700mV) can extend the corrosion fatigue life of carbon steel in drilling fluid.
