普及中小学实验教学是全面落实党的教育方针和全面提高教育质量的重要一环,实现普及中小学实验教学是国家教委1990年10月在“全国中小学实验教学普及县现场会”上提出的任务和要求,我们认为普及中小学实验教学有以下意义和作用。
The popularization of experimental teaching in primary and secondary schools is an important part of comprehensively implementing the party’s education policy and improving the quality of education in an all-round way. The implementation of universal primary and secondary school experimental teaching was proposed by the State Education Commission in October 1990 at the “National Experimental Center for Experimental Teaching Popularization County”. In terms of tasks and requirements, we believe that the popularization of experimental teaching in primary and secondary schools has the following significance and effect.
