In this paper, the flux pinning mechanism and the pinning type of MgB_2 doped with citric acid were investigated, and it was confirmed that the doping of citric acid could make the flux pinning type of MgB_2 close to the grain boundary. However, we found that δl pinning and δT_c pinning together work in the samples we prepared, accounting for only 46% of δT_c pinning, The δl pinning mechanism plays a major role in the doped samples, and its contribution proportion increases with the increase of doping amount, and the proportion of δT_c contribution in the highly doped samples is close to 0. The findings of this paper show that in the MgB2 system The role of the two pinning mechanisms is governed by a variety of conditions.
