作为国家行政事务的组成部分,税收已有了几千年的历史。传统概念上的税收历来都是依靠“吃饱”的税官挨家挨户地征收,其行为强调制度范畴,并不重视科学技术手段。直至八十年代以前的中国税务都是如此。但九十年代之后,税务的科技意识逐渐深入人心,我国税收事业踏上了科技兴税的征途。
As part of the national administration, taxation has been around for thousands of years. Traditionally conceptual taxes have traditionally been levied on door-to-door tax officials who are “full”, emphasizing institutional categories and not focusing on scientific and technological means. This was true of Chinese tax until the 1980s. However, since the 1990s, the awareness of science and technology in taxation has been gradually gaining popularity. Taxation in China has embarked on the journey of science and technology taxation.
