铰链通常在曲柄压力机上通过卷管模弯曲成形。铰链常用的原材料一般是普通碳素钢的热、冷轧带材和板材。铰链卷管方向通常与材料轧制方向一致。一、铰链卷管应变状态如图1所示,铰链卷管应变状态分为三个部分。切向:中心层外拉伸应变,中心层内压缩应变。厚向:由于切向的应变状态。故厚度方向中心层外为压缩应变,引起材料向曲率中心移动,而厚度方向中心层内仍为拉伸应变。宽向:由于切向、厚向应变状变,故宽度方向中心层外为压缩应变,中心层内则为拉伸应
