本文对20钢激光扫描加热过程准稳定温度场应用有限差分方法进行了数值计算。由此出发还估算了相变硬化区的形状和深度等,并讨论了激光加工工艺等参数和材料物理性能对温度场分布的影响。
In this paper, the finite difference method is applied to the quasi-steady temperature field of 20 steel laser scanning and heating process. Based on this, the shape and depth of the hardened zone are also estimated. The effects of parameters such as the laser processing technology and the physical properties of the material on the temperature field distribution are also discussed.
