创新能力的培养关系到国家的经济发展,民族的繁荣昌盛。随着经济的发展,社会的进步,要想在这个社会有立足之地,就要有所创新。管理类大学生作为国家发展的主力军,拥有创新思维对国家的进步极其重要。因此,我们对当前管理类大学生的课程体系设置、教学方法、学生的思维方式培养等方面进行了研究,从而有助于管理类大学生营造积极主动的创新氛围,增强创新能力。
The cultivation of innovative ability is related to the country’s economic development and the prosperity of the nation. With economic development and social progress, innovations must be made if there is a foothold in this society. Management college students as the main force of national development, with innovative thinking on the country’s progress is extremely important. Therefore, we study the current management system of college students ’curriculum system, teaching methods and students’ ways of thinking training, which will help management college students to create a positive innovation atmosphere and enhance their innovative ability.
