内刊是企业文化的载体和窗口。许许多多的民营企业,几乎都有自己的内部报刊,比如四通集团的《四通人》、联想集团的《联想》、万科集团的《万科周刊》,都办得非常出色。民营企业的企业内刊,以弘扬企业文化,塑造企业文化为宗旨,展现企业的创业历程,凝聚企业文化的深刻内涵和精髓。不仅成为企业文化的载体和窗口,而且成为传播媒体和大众文化的重要组成部分。企业也通过创办内刊,培养了一支从事企业文化工作的优秀队伍。 本期栏目主题,我们集中探讨的是如何办好企业内刊应当如何找准它的定位,使其为企业发展服务。除了发表一些企业内刊总编的观点外,还将目前为人所知的企业内刊集成资料,以供企业之间交流之需。我们热诚地希望对此感兴趣的读者对“如何办好企业内刊”问题发表高论,展开争鸣。
