目前,尚有不少内热式电极盐浴炉藉助于辅助电极进行起动。图1是最常见的一种辅助电极向主电极上连接的结构形式。这种连接方法是将辅助电极的尾部插入焊接在主电极上的U形铁内,然后将楔铁打入便可将辅助电极夹紧。这种连接方法有如下缺点: (1)在安装或拆下辅助电极时,需锤击楔铁,使炉体承受震动,从而影响炉体耐火材料的寿命; (2)当装入或取出辅助电极时,都会使辅助电极,特别是其下部的电阻丝发生变形,这样多次拆装,势必缩短了辅助电极的使用寿命; (3)在辅助电极工作时,电流经主电
