一、现状和设计要求我国的食品机械行业起步较晚,尤其在肉制品的机械设备制造方面,有很多领域尚属空白,有相当多的产品是用传统的手工操作来完成的。这样,对原料的利用、食品卫生的保证和减轻工人的劳动强度等方面较难保证。肥肉肉丁是香肠制作的主要原料之一。肥肉肉丁的切制在香肠生产中是一道很重要且劳动强度较大的工序。肥肉丁制作的好坏,直接影响香肠生产的质量。为解决以上矛盾,我们对肥肉切丁机进行了设计和研制。其设计的主要要求为:
