按照Fe-Cr-C合金系堆焊层化学成分及力学性能要求,通过计算确定了几组备选实验方案,通过实验确定最终配方,研制出适用于耐磨硬面堆焊的自保护药芯焊丝。实验证明,所研制的药芯焊丝焊接工艺性能良好、焊道成型美观。堆焊层表面裂纹细密,呈网状分布。堆焊层微观组织主要是垂直于基材方向生长的(Cr,Fe)7C3初生碳化物和共晶组织。堆焊层洛氏硬度为62HRC,耐磨性大约为新铸产品的1.5倍。
According to the chemical composition and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-C alloy surfacing layer, several groups of alternative experimental schemes were determined by calculation. The final formulation was determined through experiments and a self-shielded flux core Wire. Experiments show that the developed flux cored wire welding process performance is good, weld forming beautiful. Surfacing surfacing crack, was reticular distribution. The surfacing layer microstructure is mainly (Cr, Fe) 7C3 primary carbides and eutectic structure grown perpendicular to the substrate. Surfacing Rockwell hardness of 62HRC, wear resistance of about 1.5 times the new cast product.
