采用Ag-Cu-Ti钎料进行Ti6Al4V(TC4)钛合金和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的真空钎焊,观察分析了其在钎焊温度为790~870℃和保温时间为1和3min时钎缝界面微观组织和成分分布。研究结果表明,钎缝宽度随着钎焊温度的升高而降低,随着保温时间的增加而增加;扩散层厚度随着保温时间的增加而增加。Ti是焊缝中反应物多少的决定因素。在钎焊温度790℃,保温3min时能得到较好的焊缝组织,界面无裂纹出现。
The braze interface of Ti6Al4V (TC4) titanium alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was brazed with Ag-Cu-Ti brazing filler metal. The microstructure of brazing seam interface and its microstructure were observed and analyzed when brazing temperature was 790 ~ 870 ℃ and holding time was 1 and 3min Composition distribution. The results show that the width of brazing seam decreases with the increase of brazing temperature, and increases with the increase of holding time. The thickness of diffusion layer increases with the increase of holding time. Ti is the determinant of how much reactant is in the weld. In the brazing temperature of 790 ℃, 3min insulation can get better weld tissue, the interface no cracks appear.
