为了探讨不同有机溶剂、不同保存期及保存条件对果树花粉生活力的影响,将山荆子(MalusbacataBorkh)、桃(PrunuspersiraL.)、山杏(PrunussibiricaL.)新鲜干燥花粉分别浸于丙酮、苯、二甲苯和乙酸乙酯4种有机溶剂中,在室温和4℃条件下保存,以干燥花粉为对照,之后于第1、2、10和30天检查其离体萌发率。第2天取出部分处理花粉授粉,调查坐果率。结果表明,不同溶剂保存山荆子、杏花粉的效果与对照无显著差异,有机溶剂保存桃花粉的效果不如对照;低温条件下有机溶剂保存效果好于室温,对于3种果树花粉,不同溶剂之间花粉萌发率没有显著差异。3种果树花粉有机溶剂保存1d后都具有正常花粉的授精坐果能力。
In order to investigate the effects of different organic solvents, storage periods and storage conditions on pollen viability of fruit trees, freshly-dried pollen of Malus baccata Borkh, Prunus persica L. and Prunus sibirica L. were dipped in acetone, benzene, Xylene and ethyl acetate in four kinds of organic solvents, at room temperature and 4 ℃ under the conditions of preservation, with dry pollen as a control, and then on days 1, 2, 10 and 30 days to check the rate of in vitro germination. The results showed that the effect of different solvents on the preservation of alhustheta sibirica and apricot pollen had no significant difference compared with the control. The effect of organic solvent on the preservation of peach pollen was not as good as that of the control. The preservation effect of organic solvent at low temperature was better than that at room temperature. Pollen germination rate was not significantly different between. Three kinds of fruit pollen organic solvent 1d after the pollen have the normal ability of fertilization.
