目的建立同时测定高原夏菜中甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷等12种有机磷农药残留的QuEChERS-气相色谱(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,safe-gas chromatography,QuEChERS-GC)分析方法。方法样品用乙腈进行超声辅助提取,提取液经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和石墨化炭黑(GCB)进行分散固相萃取净化,气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)进行分析测定,外标法定量。结果 12种有机磷农药的检出限范围为3.4~20.8μg/kg,相对标准偏差在2.95%~8.44%之间,平均回收率范围为83.17%~102.62%。结论方法前处理操作简单,检测的重复性好、精密度高,可满足对蔬菜中多种有机磷农药残留的同时分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a QuEChERS-GC method for the simultaneous determination of 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues such as methamidophos, dichlorvos and acephate in plateau summer vegetables by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Analytical method. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic assisted extraction. The extracts were purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction using N-propyl ethylenediamine (PSA) and graphitized carbon black (GCB). Gas chromatography-flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) Analysis and determination, external standard method. Results The detection limits of 12 organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 3.4 to 20.8 μg / kg with relative standard deviations between 2.95% and 8.44%. The average recoveries ranged from 83.17% to 102.62%. Conclusion The pretreatment method is simple, the repeatability of detection is good, the precision is high, which can meet the needs of the simultaneous analysis of a variety of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
