角色德育是一种实践式德育模式。它通过开展角色活动的形式对小学生进行道德等教育,使儿童在承担具体角色身份的行为过程中清楚地感知自己应尽的道德义务与应遵守的思想规范,从角色交往中体验履行道德规范、正确处理人际关系的快乐及相反行为带来的不悦,促使儿童将道德的知与行、说与做密切结合,从而逐步地内化形成良好品德素质。小学角色德育模式实验目的是希望改变小学传统理论灌输式德育,构建一种生动活泼的新型科学实践式德育模式,以有效地培养小学生做人的基本品德与行为习惯。文章对小学低学段角色德育模式实验的理论依据、目标内容、原则方法及效果等作了系统的阐述。
Role moral education is a practical model of moral education. The primary purpose of the experimental model of moral education mode is to change the traditional school-based moral education in order to create a vivid and new model of scientific practice in order to effectively cultivate the basic morality and behavior of primary school students. The article systematically elaborates the theoretical basis, target content, principles, methods and effects of the experimental model of moral character in lower grades of primary school.
