针对碳黑填充聚乙烯复合材料进行实验的结果发现,适合的时效热处理可使材料的电阻有效地降低至底值。经过辐射的材料若加热至高于聚乙烯熔点的温度,并再进行时效热处理,会使材料的电阻出现跳升的现象,而且电阻跳升的程度与材料中的碳黑种类有关。若于辐射之前实施材料的时效热处理,这对电阻跳升的程度并无明显的影响。
The results of experiments on carbon black filled polyethylene composites show that suitable aging heat treatment can effectively lower the electrical resistance of the material down to the bottom. Radiation materials heated to a temperature above the melting point of polyethylene and aged for further heat treatment will cause the electrical resistance of the material to jump and the degree of resistance rise depends on the type of carbon black in the material. If the material is subjected to aging heat treatment before radiation, this has no significant effect on the degree of resistance jump.
