张敏,男,出生于1968年1月,汉族,湖南临湘人,中共党员,大学文化,现为中共长沙市雨花区委常委、区委办公室主任,中国书法家协会书法教育委员会委员、湖南省书法家协会副主席、湖南省青年书法家协会名誉主席、韩日书艺家协会常务理事、湖南省第八届青联常委。2001年被评为湖南省“德艺双馨”书法家。多年悉心研习书法,其书法作品及书法理论文章频见全国多种报刊杂志,多次在全国有影响的书法比赛中获奖,1999年在第七届中国钢笔书法大赛中获一等奖。出版的书法专著有《少儿书法教程》、《孙过庭书谱技法》,书法技巧实用丛书《颜楷多宝塔技法》、《魏碑始平公造像记技法》、《米芾行书技法》、《汉隶曹全碑技法》、《邓石如篆书技法》等五种,历代书法大家行书技法要诀丛书《王羲之兰亭序技法要诀》、《王献之行书技法要诀》、《颜真卿祭侄稿技法要诀》、《苏轼行书技法要诀》)、《赵孟頫行书技法要诀》、《文征明行书技法要诀》、《王铎行书技法要诀》等七种,并与他人合作出版了《毛泽东诗词书法集联》。
Zhang Min, male, born in January 1968, is a member of the Standing Committee of Yuhua District CPC Committee and District Office of the CPC Changsha Committee of the CPC, member of the CPC Calligraphy Education Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Hunan Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of Hunan Young Calligraphers Association, executive director of Korea-Japan Book Artists Association, and member of the Eighth Youth League Standing Committee of Hunan Province. In 2001 was named Hunan Province “German art Shuangxin ” calligrapher. Many years of careful study of calligraphy, calligraphy and his calligraphy theory articles frequently seen in various newspapers and magazines, many influential calligraphy competitions in the country won the award in 1999, the Seventh China Pen calligraphy contest won the first prize. The published monographs on calligraphy include “Children’s Calligraphy Tutorial”, “Sun Chaotian’s Musical Techniques”, Practical Calligraphy Skills Series “Yan Kai’s Multi-pagoda Technique”, “Wei Bei First Peacemaker Statue”, “ Cao Quan monument skills ”,“ Deng Shuru seal technique ”and other five, calligraphy calligraphy techniques of all generations of ancient calligraphy tips“ Wang Xizhi Lan Ting sequence tactics ”,“ Wang Xianzhi tips techniques ”,“ Yan Zhen Qing Festival niece manuscript tips ”,“ Su Shi Xingshu techniques Tips of the calligraphies of Zhao MENGDONG ”,“ tactics of wen zhiming’s practicing techniques ”,“ tips of tactics of Wang Duo’s techniques ”, and co-published“ Collection of Calligraphy of Mao Zedong together ”with others.
