On January 11, 2013, the 2013 Annual Conference and Academic Forum of Beijing Institute of Higher Education’s Art Education Research Conference was held in Beijing. The leaders of Beijing art institutes and party chiefs, organizations, propaganda, students, educational administration and other departments attended the meeting. The annual meeting and academic forum hosted by the Chinese Academy of Drama, Party Secretary of Chinese Opera Institute Zhang Fan presided over the meeting. At this annual meeting, art academies and schools mainly revolved around the party building assessment exchanges and further strengthening the experience of party building and ideological and political work in art academies and schools. They also talked about the party building evaluation’s experience in promoting party building and ideological and political work in art academies and schools so as to promote the scientific development of schools.
