文章以1995-2007年我国31个省域数据为研究对象,采用分位点回归计量模型方法研究经济增长、产业结构、人口因素、技术进步、能源价格等因素对我国能源利用效率的影响趋势变化。结论表明:我国各省能源利用效率水平分布具有显著的不平衡性,不同分位点即不同能效水平下各因素对单位产值能耗的影响不尽相同,具有鲜明的层次性和区域性,在不同能效水平和东、中、西部区域范围内各因素对单位产值能耗的影响存在显著的差异性,这显示我国在能源消费时,产业结构、科技创新投入等均存在一些不合理的地方,能源价格市场化的程度还有待进一步提高。因此在开展节能降耗工作时需要因地制宜、差别对待,采取适合当地自身发展的经济、产业结构及能源等战略,以整体改善我国的能源利用效率状况,促进社会经济又好又快发展。
In this paper, the data of 31 provinces in our country from 1995 to 2007 are taken as the research object. The quantile regression model is used to study the influence of economic growth, industrial structure, population, technological progress and energy prices on the energy efficiency of China . The conclusion shows that the energy efficiency of each province in our country has a significant imbalance in the distribution of energy efficiency. The effects of different factors on the energy consumption per unit of output vary at different sub-sites or energy efficiency levels, with distinct levels and regions. The energy efficiency level and the impact of various factors on the energy consumption per unit of output in the east, middle and west regions show significant differences. This shows that there are some unreasonable places in China’s energy consumption such as industrial structure, investment in science and technology innovation, and energy The degree of price marketization needs to be further improved. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out energy saving and consumption reduction measures in line with local conditions and differences and adopt economic, industrial structure and energy strategies that are suitable for local development so as to improve the overall energy efficiency of our country and promote the sound and rapid socio-economic development.
