大冶铁矿自开始潜孔钻机试验以来,一直存在着冲击器“空打”的问题,特别是采用××厂最近制造的 YQ—150A 潜孔钻机冲击器以后。当钻具处在如图1位置时,钻头落底,活塞靠到钻头上时,冲击器照说应当停止作业,因为孔B(φ16—3个)达时应通大气,孔道 F、G 的压力都很低。但是大冶铁矿的实际经验证明,在作业过程中,钻具一提起来,钻头虽然同样处在如图1这样的位置,而冲击器仍然要工作,也就是我们所说的空打。
Since the start of the DDA drilling trial, Daye Iron Mine has been facing the problem of “blow-by-blow” of the impactor, especially after the recent manufacture of the YQ-150A DTH drill impactor by ×× plant.
