近年来,随着水轮发电机组单机容量的增大,水电站采用大电流垂直封闭母线也越来越广泛。过去人们认为垂直装置封闭母线的散热性能,不如水平装置封闭母线的散热性能好。因此,要求垂直段封闭母线的高度不要超过2米。实际上,当气流处于层流状态时,上述结论是正确的。但高垂直封闭母线的边界层气流,基本上处于紊流状态。新的观点认为,高垂直封闭母线的散热性能,优于水平封闭母线的散热性能。
In recent years, with the increase of stand-alone capacity of hydro-generating units, it is also more and more widespread that hydropower stations use vertical closed busbar with large current. In the past people think that the heat dissipation performance of a vertical device enclosed busbar is not as good as the heat dissipation performance of a horizontal device enclosed busbar. Therefore, it is required that the height of the closed vertical busbar should not exceed 2 meters. In fact, the above conclusion is correct when the airflow is in laminar flow. However, the boundary layer gas flow in the highly vertical closed busbar is basically in turbulent flow. The new view is that the thermal performance of highly vertical enclosed busbars is better than that of horizontal enclosed busbars.
