为提高流行性出血热病毒(简称EHFV)在金黄地鼠肾细胞(简称GHKC)的增殖力和原液的毒力满度,将6株乳鼠脑腔适应系毒株,在GHKC进行传代适应,各系毒株均传12代以上。适应后的毒株毒力满度明显升高而且稳定.适应株病毒ELISA、HA和RPHA抗原县均明显高于用乳鼠脑系毒株感染细胞。
In order to improve the proliferative power of golden hamster kidney cells (GHKC) and the virulence of the original solution, epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus (EHFV) All strains were transmitted 12 generations or more.
