引进 12个俄罗斯沙棘良种进行离体培养技术研究 ,确定了各品种适宜的起始和继代基本培养基分别为 MS及 1/ 3MS。通过附加不同浓度的 IAA、 NAA、 IBA、 6 - BA、 KT、 GA等激素进行大量试验 ,获得了 7个品种的适宜培养基 ,初步构建起各品种的组培系统 ,为各品种工厂化快繁奠定了基础。俄罗斯沙棘品种“橙色”的适宜生根培养基为 1/ 4 MS+NAA0 .0 3mg/ L ,其它品种的生根试验仍在进行。通过外植体低温预处理可明显抑制褐变 ,利于休眠芽快速萌发生长
