目的探讨Root ZX和WoodpexⅠ2种根管测量仪在根管治疗中的应用效果。方法牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者327例(共1 183条根管)随机分为2组:Root ZX组165例(602条根管)与WoodpexⅠ组162例(581条根管),先分别单独采用Root ZX和WoodpexⅠ根管测量仪测量根管长度,后结合插针X线片再次测量。比较2组测量准确率。结果 Root ZX组与WoodpexⅠ组单独测量准确率分别为87.21%和84.68%(P>0.05);结合插针X线片法进行测量,2组准确率分别为:96.18%和93.63%(P>0.05)。结合插针X线片法测量能显著提高2组准确率(均P<0.05)。结论Root ZX和WoodpexⅠ根管长度测量仪测量根管长度,准确率高,结合插针X线片法测量,能明显提高根管测量准确性。
Objective To explore the application effect of Root ZX and Woodpex Ⅰ root canal measuring instruments in root canal therapy. Methods 327 patients with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups: 165 patients (602 canals) in Root ZX group and 162 patients (581 canals) in WoodpexⅠ group Root ZX and Woodpex I root canal measuring instrument were used to measure root canal length separately, and then combined with pin X-ray film to measure again. Compare 2 groups of measurement accuracy. Results The accuracy of single measurement between Root ZX group and WoodpexⅠ group was 87.21% and 84.68% respectively (P> 0.05). The accuracy of the two groups was 96.18% and 93.63% (P> 0.05) ). Combined with pin-X-ray measurement can significantly improve the accuracy of the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Root ZX and Woodpex Ⅰ root canal length measuring instrument to measure the root canal length, high accuracy, combined with pin X-ray measurement, can significantly improve the accuracy of root canal measurement.
