广西壮族自治区林业局于2006年2月17日在南宁主持召开了《广西林业“十一五”和 2020年发展规划》审查会。与会代表就规划的内容进行了认真的讨论,认为:规划全面总结了我区“十五”期间林业生产和建设的成就、经验和存在问题,就今后社会经济发展对林业的需求进行预测, 对我区林业面临的发展机遇和挑战进行了分析。规划的指导思想和基本原则明确,目标切合广西实际,前瞻性强,符合广西林业跨越式发展要求;规划的内容全面,重点突出,对策得当,措施有力,能够保证‘十一五”期间广西林业产业建设和生态体系建设协调、有序发展;规划的实施有利于促进广西经济社会的发展,促进小康社会、和谐社会建设。与会代表对规划也提出了一些具体意见和建议,要求规划编制组对规划进一步修改完善后, 报有关部门审批。广西发改委、广西大学、各市林业局、林业企事业单位等有关单位的代表共五十多人参加了会议。
The Forestry Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region hosted a review meeting for the “11th Five-Year Plan of Guangxi Forestry” and 2020 Development Plan in Nanning on February 17, 2006. The guiding ideology and basic principles of the plan are clear and the objectives are in line with the reality in Guangxi. The foresight is strong and in line with the requirements for the development of forestry in a leap-forward manner in Guangxi. The content of the plan is comprehensive and focused with proper measures and effective measures to ensure that during the 11th FYP period, The construction of industry and the construction of ecological system are coordinated and orderly development.The implementation of the plan is conducive to promoting the economic and social development of Guangxi and promoting the construction of a well-to-do society and a harmonious society.The participants also made some specific suggestions and suggestions on the planning, After the plan was further revised and perfected, it was reported to relevant departments for examination and approval.A total of more than 50 delegates from relevant departments of Guangxi Development and Reform Commission, Guangxi University, municipal forestry bureaus, forestry enterprises and institutions attended the meeting.
