近年中国资产评估事业发展迅速,特别是2005年7月19—21日“中国资产评估协会第三次全国会员代表大会”(以下简称“三代会”)的成功召开,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理黄菊出席“三代会”并做重要讲话,为资产评估行业发展指明了方向,极大地鼓舞了评估人的士气。但是,应该清醒地认识到,评估行业所做的工作与党和国家及财政部的要求还有很大差距,行业发展与市场经济发展还不相适应,协会工作仍存在一些问题和困难。中国资产评估协会副会长兼秘书长刘萍在前不久召开的全国地方协会秘书长工作会议上特别指出,不能清醒地认识这些问题和困难,就找不准行业发展的方向,就不能很好地推动行业健康持续发展。为此,评估行业应当冷静思考未来,热情迎接挑战。本刊记者就行业普遍关注的几个突出的重点、难点问题采访了刘萍秘书长。在答记者问的过程中,她表现出了面对复杂局面、解决众多问题、克服重重困难的决心,给记者留下了很深的印象。她让我们看到,中国资产评估行业正扎扎实实地向着健康有序发展的道路上迈进;一个深受社会尊重、享有诚信声望、无愧于市场经济的行业正在建立和形成。
