目的:通过观察小牛血清去蛋白注射液(DCSI)对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响,研究DC-SI对胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法:以高脂高糖饮食加链脲佐菌素制作2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,观察DCSI对大鼠葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)、血胰岛素含量(INS)以及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:DCSI可明显降低糖尿病大鼠INS、TG、CHO、LDL、FFA含量,升高HDL含量,改善OGTT,使HOMA-IR降低。结论:DCSI具有较好的降血糖、降胰岛素、降血脂、改善胰岛素抵抗、防治糖尿病并发症的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of DC-SI on the level of blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats with insulin resistance and to study the effect of DC-SI on improving insulin resistance. Methods: Type 2 diabetic rats with insulin resistance were induced by high fat and high glucose diet and streptozotocin. The effects of DCSI on glucose tolerance (OGTT), insulin (INS) and triglyceride (TG) Cholesterol (CHO), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and free fatty acid (FFA) were measured and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results: DCSI could significantly reduce the levels of INS, TG, CHO, LDL and FFA in diabetic rats, increase HDL content, improve OGTT, and decrease HOMA-IR. Conclusion: DCSI has good hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, hypolipidemic, insulin resistance, prevention and treatment of diabetic complications.
