国家利益是国家思维和行事的必然逻辑。中国海岛问题包括台湾问题、争议岛屿问题和海岛管理不善问题三类,攸关国家的核心利益,关乎国家的主权、安全和领土完整,对我国经济社会的可持续发展具有重大影响。对于海岛问题的审视,不能局限于单纯的经济视角、社会视角或环境视角,而应立足于宏大的战略视野。为有效应对这一问题,有必要坚持:内政与外交相统一;发展与安全相统一;目标与手段相统一;物质与品格相统一;陆权与海权相统一;近海与远洋相统一;现实与未来相统一。
National interest is the inevitable logic of state thinking and acting. The issues concerning the island in China include the Taiwan issue, the disputed island issue and the problems of island management. They are of great significance to the country’s core interests and the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the country and have a significant impact on the sustainable economic and social development of our country.
