以中国制造业为例,基于2005—2009年制造业内各产业能源消费数据,分析能源消费总量增长的原因,从能源消费的视角提出促进经济节能发展的产业选择标准。利用因素分解方法,对产业发展过程中能源消费总量与按照基期标准份额计算的产业标准能源消耗总量之间的差异进行分解,认为这一能源消费差别是由产业发展速度偏离和能源消费强度偏离造成的。并根据制造业内部各产业在发展过程中产业发展速度偏离和能源消耗强度偏离的区别,对制造业内部各产业进行分类,提出中国制造业节能发展的产业选择和产业发展政策建议。
Taking China’s manufacturing industry as an example, based on the energy consumption data of various industries in the manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2009, this paper analyzes the reasons for the increase of total energy consumption, and puts forward the industrial selection criteria to promote economic and energy saving development from the perspective of energy consumption. Factor decomposition method is used to decompose the difference between the total energy consumption in the industrial development process and the total energy consumption in the industry standard calculated according to the base period standard share. This difference in energy consumption is determined by the deviation of industrial development speed and energy consumption intensity Deviation caused. According to the difference between the deviations of industrial development speed and the deviation of energy consumption intensity in the course of the development of various industries in the manufacturing industry, this paper classifies the various industries in the manufacturing industry and puts forward the industrial choices and industrial development policy recommendations for energy-saving development in China’s manufacturing industry.
