国家医药管理局科教司于90年12月27日在沪主持了“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目——多参数危重病人监护系统的科研成果鉴定和心电集中监护系统的正式生产鉴定。该项目是由四个大学和上海医用仪表厂共同努力下完成的。上海科技大学完成心电集中监护系统及多参数床边监护仪,上海交通大学完成抗高频电刀干扰装置,清华大学完成专用心率失常分析仪,西安交通大学完成无创血压检测仪。多参数危重病人集中监护系统由床边台、主机包括心电、有创血压(Ⅰ)、呼吸(Ⅰ)、体温T_1、T_2等监测单元,扩展模件(包括血压(Ⅱ)、脉搏、呼吸(Ⅱ)等监测单元)、无创血压检测仪、抗高频电刀干扰装置以及热笔记录仪等组成。该系统监测项目可根据临床需要进行配置,以组成不同型式的监护内容,如重危病监护(ICU)、冠心病监护(CCU)、
Science and Education Division of the State Pharmaceutical Administration held the “National Key Scientific and Technological Research Project of the Seventh Five-Year Plan” on December 27, 1990 in Shanghai, the scientific research achievement appraisal of multi-parameter critically ill patient monitoring system and the official production appraisal of the centralized ECG monitoring system. The project was completed by a joint effort of four universities and Shanghai Medical Instrument Factory. Shanghai University of Science and Technology to complete the ECG centralized monitoring system and multi-parameter bedside monitor, Shanghai Jiao Tong University to complete anti-high-frequency electric knife interference device, Tsinghua University to complete a dedicated heart rate analyzer, Xi’an Jiao Tong University to complete the noninvasive blood pressure detector. The multi-parameter critical patient centralized monitoring system consists of a bedside table with main units including ECG, invasive blood pressure (Ⅰ), respiration (Ⅰ), body temperature T_1, T_2 and other monitoring units and expansion modules including blood pressure (Ⅱ) (Ⅱ) and other monitoring units), noninvasive blood pressure detector, anti-high-frequency electric knife interference devices and hot pen recorders and other components. The system monitoring program can be configured according to clinical needs to form different types of monitoring content, such as intensive care unit (ICU), coronary care unit (CCU)
