应用放射配体结合法分别检测单一器官衰竭、多器官衰竭患者外周血单核白细胞(MNL)糖皮质激素受体(GR)。结果:单一器官衰竭时MNLGR的最大结合容量(R0)下降;多器官衰竭时MNLGR的R0下降更显著。提示:GR在多器官衰竭病理生理过程中起重要作用。检测GR对临床应用糖皮质激素救治多器官衰竭具有指导意义
Radioligand binding assay was used to detect glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (MNL) in patients with single organ failure and multiple organ failure. Results: The maximal binding capacity of MNLGR decreased (R0) in single organ failure. The decline of R0 in MNLGR was more significant in multiple organ failure. Hint: GR plays an important role in the pathophysiology of multiple organ failure. Detection of GR on the clinical application of glucocorticoid treatment of multiple organ failure has guiding significance
