心理学在高校图书馆流通服务中的作用是不容忽视的,它是图书馆人员与读者双方进行心理交流建立良好关系的内在基础,也是改善服务态度提高服务质量和水平的有效措施。
Psychology plays an important role in the circulation service of university library. It is the inner basis of establishing good relationship between the library staff and readers in psychological exchange. It is also an effective measure to improve service attitude and improve service quality and level.
